Basic Balance Beam

The balance beams are used to develop and improve balance, coordination, and body awareness. Walking on beam is a great fun.  Kids improve vestibular balance, movement coordination, and concentration while understanding their body's center of gravity. The balance beam also helps to improve self-confidence, learning stability and sense of reaction.  It is used to help strengthen muscles that support proper posture and alignment of bones. 

Product Specification:

• It is Reversible, so both sides are used for walking.
• Width of the Walking Path of the Beam is 75mm or 150mm.
• It is 6 feet (185cm) long.  It is constructed with hardwood beam.
• The Walking Surface is covered with non-slip mat, and the Top of Beam is 15cm from the floor.
• It is in Natural Wood Finish.
• Balance exercises are used to help patients increase their flexibility, build up their endurance and enhance their coordination.
