  • ROWING MACHINE cum SLIDING SEAT with Incline Adjustable Base is made of Tubular steel frame of 22mm diameter tube. Its size is 60” long x 13” wide.  It is Bright Chrome plated.  
  • Upper frame of Base is adjustable in Incline. 
  • Foam padded seat is specifically designed and fitted with FOUR nylon castors and slides smoothly over the frame.
  • Seat is fitted with movement guiders to avoid slippage of Seat. 
  • Unit comes with FIVE Springs of different tensions. Two high tension springs attached to the seat for resistive leg exercises. Three light tension springs are fitted with Rope & Two Handles for resistive Arm and Shoulder exercises. 
  • Base is fitted on an Angle iron steel base with powder coated finish. 
  • Resistance can be varied by removing or adding the springs. 
  • Further resistance can be given by adjusting the incline plane of the base.
