This is a high-ownership, high-responsibility role. You will run the office backbone while tightly coordinating with the factory floor. From quotations to client calls, from CRM updates to stock tracking, you are the execution engine that keeps orders moving and chaos out.

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Handle complete office administration and daily operations
Draft professional letters, emails, quotations, and official communication
Handling India-Mart Portal.
Maintain records, files, and internal documentation
Quotations, Follow-ups & Client Coordination
Prepare and send quotations to clients
Regular follow-ups with clients via telephone and email
Coordinate order confirmations and timelines
Handle client communication confidently and professionally
CRM & Data Management
Update and maintain CRM with leads, quotations, orders, and follow-ups
Track customer interactions and order status accurately
Production & Order Coordination
Follow up with production staff regarding order status
Ensure timely completion of orders
Coordinate with dispatch team to get goods dispatched on time
Stock Management
Update finished goods stock and raw material inventory
Coordinate with stores and production for stock availability
Highlight shortages or delays proactively
Tender & GeM Portal (Preferred)
Handle GeM portal operations including:
Product listing
Bid participation
Documentation and compliance
Coordinate tender-related communication and follow-ups
Preferred Skills & Requirements
5 - 8 years of experience in office management / operations in a manufacturing setup
Strong drafting skills for emails, letters, and quotations
Confident communicator with clients over telephone
Hands-on experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of GeM tenders is a strong advantage
Good coordination skills with production and dispatch teams
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email tools

As a Sales Executive, your primary role is to generate sales for the company by actively seeking out new clients, building and maintaining relationships with them. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
