Arm Exerciser that allows effective weight resistive exercises at different levels for Shoulder, Elbow and Chest. 

Product Specifications:

• Two, 220cm high Stainless Steel tubular uprights are mounted on a wooden platform and fitted with painted wall-bracket at the top for wall mounting. 
• One Set of Weight Plates - (10 x 1kg painted M.S.Plates in a set). 
• Two Handles (One for single grip & One for both hands). 
• Pulley Block: Swivel pulley-block with Height Adjustment at different Levels. 
• Rope Adjuster: Rope length can be adjusted as per Height level of Pulley Block. 
• Ankle strap: One. 
• Wall Mounting Unit comes with wall fixing hardware.
