Shoulder Wheel (with 360° Scale)

Shoulder Wheel provides easy movement with variable resistance.  It is constructed of Tubular Steel. Brake Drum is fitted for Resistance and a 360 degree scale to provide exact feed-back to the patient.  100cm diameter, tubular steel constructed Wheel is fitted with Precision machined plastic moulded drum & fitted with 127mm brake pads for resistance.
